

• Your appointment time is reserved for you. In order to get your favorite
time we recommend that you prebook your next service prior to leaving
the salon. If running late please call ahead and we will do everything
possible to fulfill your needs.
• We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all of our
clients. Please limit the use of cell phones in the salon area. Please turn
off cell phones when in the spa area.
• At Serenity our service providers work as a team. If you feel you would
be better served by another team member, please let us know.
• If you need to move or cancel your appointment we need to hear from
you 24 hours in advance to avoid a service charge. Repeated no shows,
cancellations and large groups may require credit card pre-payments to
reserve time.
• If you are having difficulty getting an appointment with your service
provider please ask to be put on our VIP list. We will call you when
an opening becomes available.
• In the spa area please be courteous of others… celebrate with whispers!
• Please ask about our group events. Take your next event to Serenity.
